2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.2 Account Creation

To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If we discover that you have more than one Account, we reserve the right to suspend or close all Accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings.

2.3 Verification Process

You agree to provide identity verification documents when requested, including but not limited to a copy of your government-issued ID, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and a selfie holding your ID. 3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Access Control

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify ts138 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

ts138 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon successful bank confirmation. ts138 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawals to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Off-hour requests are queued and processed first thing the next business day. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification. You must wager any deposited amount at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. ts138 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing times.

4.3 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to your ts138 Account must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned to the source and potential Account suspension. You represent that all funds deposited are obtained legally and are not derived from any criminal activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ts138 may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material. Standard bonus terms include wagering requirements (the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable funds), game restrictions (certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements), time limits, and maximum bet restrictions while bonus funds are active.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

7. Responsible Gaming

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits
